MSL U.S. has announced Nicole Messier has joined the agency as its Managing Director, Corporate Reputation. At a critical time for businesses and communicators, Messier will oversee strategy, client partnerships and innovation for the practice. She brings deep expertise in strategic communications including corporate issues and change management, executive thought leadership, creating market differentiation and external narrative building.

Messier joins MSL after seven years at Mission North, where she most recently served as President. In this role she was responsible for day-to-day operations, drove strategic growth, led high-impact client engagements, and guided companies through pivotal industry transformations. Messier has also held agency roles at Edelman and spent nearly a decade in corporate roles at HelloFresh, Radial and Altisource.
Her expertise spans health, consumer, financial services and enterprise sectors. Whether managing corporate reputation during business transition, guiding clients through public offerings, defining new categories in emerging industries, or navigating crisis and disinformation, Messier’s leadership has consistently positioned clients as industry leaders and disruptors, created meaningful connections with stakeholders, and delivered results.

Messier will report to MSL U.S. Chief Client Officer Lisa Talbot and is based in New York.
