Now it its fourth year, the MSL Graduate Fellowship is specifically designed to be a summer of learning through experiential client opportunities, exposure to the people and strategies that move our business forward and the chance to become a permanent part of the MSL team. Our goal is to make sure this summer won’t just be the most educational experience you’ve ever had, but the first chapter in a dynamic career at a hands-on, fast-paced agency.
MSL is different. Our Fellowship isn’t about taking lunch orders or tracking down conference room reservations, it’s about taking initiative on actual client work that is steeped in cultural trends & influence. As a team and as individuals, we are always living into MSL’s three values: Leading, Learning and Loving.

- Account Management – Corporate Reputation
- Account Management – Health
- Digital (focus on emerging technology including AI as well as content creators)
Who can apply for the MSL 2026 Graduate Fellowship program?
We’re looking for students graduating in April/May 2026 with at least 35 hours/week available, during typical business hours, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We’re focused on recent graduates because our fellowship is the #1 way we welcome post-graduate talent on to the MSL team – over the last four summers, more than 90% of our Fellows went on to accept full-time jobs with MSL.
Can I apply if I’m going to be a rising senior in June 2026?
Yes! While many of our spots will go to recent graduates on teams that may be looking to hire their Fellow(s) at the end of the program, we do still welcome applicants who will be heading into their senior year in the fall of 2026.
What are the dates of the program?
The program runs from June 1, 2026 to August 7, 2026.
Which cities will host post graduate fellows in 2026?
We are recruiting primarily for our New York, Chicago, Washington D.C. and Atlanta offices for the 2026 Fellowship. Final Fellowship placements will be determined based on individual business needs.
Is the 2026 Graduate Fellowship in-person, virtual or a hybrid?
The 2026 Graduate Fellowship program will be a hybrid program (a mix of in-person and remote work). Fellows will be expected to be present in the office at least 3 days per week.
Is the 2026 Graduate Fellowship paid?
Yes! This is a full-time, paid fellowship at $20 per hour.
Does participation in the Fellowship usually lead to full-time employment when the program ends?
Since our first year as a Fellowship in 2023, more than 90% of eligible Fellows have gone on to accept full-time roles with MSL.
