Ashley Chauvin, Head of B2B/Enterprise Communications (she/her/hers)
Industry veteran Ashley Chauvin has spent nearly two decades focusing on public affairs and B2B communications. Previously, she was the Director of Communications at PSEG Long Island, serving 1.1 million customers on Long Island and the Rockaways. In this role, Chauvin transformed the company’s communications function and drove transparency across internal, external and digital communications by developing, managing and executing the company’s strategy across earned, owned, digital and internal platforms. Prior to joining PSEG, Chauvin worked at Edelman for nearly a decade, most recently as Senior Vice President where she counseled B2B Fortune 500 companies, pioneered new ways of driving thought leadership and account-based marketing and drove global executive visibility and positioning for leaders in technology, energy, defense and other industries. She brings a wealth of experience in corporate communications, strategic planning and crisis and issues management. Chauvin reports to Managing Director of Corporate Reputation, Kelly Jankowski. -
Emma Gillespie Cox, Head of Sustainability + Impact (she/her/hers)
Emma Gillespie Cox brings extensive and unequaled experience to MSL and her newly created role which reflects the agency’s growing portfolio of work in purpose, sustainability and impact. Gillespie Cox is an industry pioneer in sustainability and impact, having led some of the most well-known and award-winning social impact work for fortune 500 companies. She joins the agency from McDonald’s where she served as their Global Renewable Energy Lead. As the fourth largest corporate buyer in renewable energy, she created and grew the McDonald’s renewable energy program and led the rollout of the brand’s science-based targets in 2018 and 2020. Her leadership at McDonald’s and role in ensuring the brand met its ambitious targets earned her a 2022 WISE Award. Previously, Cox led strategy for Cushman and Wakefield's energy and sustainability offerings and held business development positions with Green Per Square Foot and Clean Urban Energy. Cox reports to Managing Director of Corporate Reputation, Kelly Jankowski. -
Chi-Chi Millaway, Head of Analytics (she/her/hers)
Chi-Chi Millaway has a reputation for distilling complex ideas and processes into creative, data-driven insights and strategies to help clients overcome reputational and communications challenges across every industry and sector. In her previous roles, she led Strategic Insights and Innovations at Cision and founded the social media department at KCSA Strategic Communications. With a strong desire to give back to the industry and community, Millaway has worked as an adjunct professor at NYU’s M.A. in Public Relations program. She reports to Chief Strategy Officer, Shreya Mukherjee. -
Missy Voronyak, Head of Health Influence (she/her/hers)
Missy Voronyak is an originator in health influencer work and joins the agency's burgeoning Health practice to lead all aspects of digital innovation across the sector, including maximizing Fluency for Health (MSL's influencer marketing platform). Prior to joining the agency, Voronyak served as Practice Lead for Influencer Marketing at Real Chemistry where she built the firm’s influencer offering from the ground up, supporting many of the top pharmaceutical companies to launch successful patient and physician influencer programs. As a former influencer herself, her own personal experience fueled her professional development, giving her unique and valuable perspective on how healthcare companies can better work with digital creators. Voronyak reports to Chief Digital Innovation Officer, Rob Davis. -
Tyler Mintz, Head of Design (he/him/his)
Tyler Mintz will lead MSL’s design offering, elevating the agency’s approach to design and creativity by combining strategy, UX, research and design to build unique client experiences. With a reputation as a creative disruptor, Mintz has over 15 years of experience delivering integrated campaigns for Fortune 100 companies and building challenger brands. Prior to joining MSL, Mintz served as VP, Creative Leader at MERGE. Mintz reports to Chief Creative Officer, Roya Partovi.
