Publicis Groupe has today announced the launch of their globally renowned Public Relations and Integrated Communications agency MSL, in Ukraine.
Supporting the company’s growth strategy and further strengthening its presence in Europe, the MSL Ukraine team will help empower brands by developing holistic communication strategies using the Power of One and influencer marketing communication. With the introduction of a new global MSL tool – Fluency – MSL Ukraine will offer the most comprehensive and tailor-made influencer engagement campaigns and activations.
MSL Ukraine’s office will be headed by Olena Sukhanova, Managing Director. She has vast experience in developing holistic communication strategies for global brands and locally based companies. Her portfolio comprises world-renowned brands and enterprises, such as Kimberly Clark, PepsiCo, Ferrero, Toyota, Lexus, BNP Paribas Bank and Vodafone, among others.
“With Publicis Groupe Ukraine employing an integrated approach, the MSL launch was just a question of time. In the past, we have collaborated with the PR team of Saatchi & Saatchi Ukraine (also part of the Publicis Groupe) to provide strategic counsel to our clients. This has helped us acquire a considerable amount of expertise in creating impactful and insightful campaigns. Our local knowledge combined with MSL’s global expertise and strategic tools, make us particularly skilled to help our clients build sustainable connections with consumers in these challenging times.” – said Elena Bakum-Ramola, Business Director of Creative Services, Publicis Groupe Ukraine.
“Ukraine is one of the fastest-growing markets within CEE for MSL. Opening our own office in Kyiv has given the network an outstanding opportunity and numerous advantages for our existing and potential clients in terms of quality, access to the most sophisticated strategic tools, and ability to reach an audience of 40 million in an instant. In this time of mass marketing disruption and unprecedented change across the advertising industry, I firmly believe we have an extensive range of products that will enrich communication services and support local leadership in becoming the top agency in the Ukrainian Public Relations market. I strongly believe that Olena and her team represent the desirable mix of professionalism, creativity and effectiveness – exactly what we value the most.” – commented Sebastian Stępak, MSL CEO CEE.
MSL’s network in Central and Eastern Europe has been growing rapidly over the last few years and currently includes offices in Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovenia, Turkey, the Czech Republic and now Ukraine. MSL’s activities in the CEE region are coordinated by its Warsaw hub, which is overseen by Sebastian Stępak, CEO of MSL CEE and Board Member of Publicis Groupe Poland. With over 200 employees in the region, the company was recognized as Eastern European Consultancy of the Year at EMEA SABRE Awards three times in the last decade (2015, 2017 and 2019).
