We are thrilled to announce Jessica Savage as the new CEO of MSL Canada. Jess came into the MSL and Publicis family back in 2016 as part of the company’s acquisition of North Strategic and Notch Video. An inspirational leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, Jess has worked alongside many MSL Canada team members in her role as Senior Vice President and most recently as one of the company’s Managing Directors. She has unparalleled experience advising the communications, marketing and business leaders of some of the largest brands in the country. Jess is highly respected as a leader in crisis communications, marketing communications and a building of inclusive and high performing team cultures. As CEO of MSL Canada, Jess will have oversight of the entire PR, earned media, and influencer offering of Publicis Canada, including MSL, North Strategic and Notch Video. Jess is also a member of Publicis Groupe Canada leadership team.
In addition, we are announcing the promotion of Nadia Beale into the role of President, MSL Canada. For several years now, Nadia has overseen the brand’s growth and transformation into one of Canada’s most respected agencies. With a track record of uninterrupted growth over several years, Nadia has remained on the leading edge of earned media, social media and influencer marketing in Canada. Known for pushing the boundaries of PR and elevating it into a true strategic advantage, Nadia has been at the forefront of some of this country’s most innovative and iconic campaigns. Together with her Senior Leadership Team, Nadia has shaped MSL into a consumer PR powerhouse where careers are nurtured, and the team thrives on a culture of curiosity, collaboration and communication.
Today, we also celebrate the retirement of MSL Canada CEO and North Strategic & Notch Video co-founder Justin Creally. After a career spent entirely in the agency world, Justin is retiring from agency life and leaving the company on June 30, 2021. Justin together with his business partner Mia Pearson started North Strategic in 2011 and Notch Video in 2012 with a goal of creating a powerhouse agency that would fuel the growth of Canada’s largest consumer brands through disruptive PR, earned media, influencer marketing and content strategies. In 2016, North Strategic became part of Publicis Groupe Canada.
