In response to public demand for increased transparency and guidance from the corporate C-suite, we created the Leadership Index, supporting the C-suite in their mission to lead authentically and courageously. Utilizing our proprietary and data-driven methodology, the Leadership Index is a comprehensive multi-channel understanding of what is being said by and about business leaders.
The report anchors our executive visibility program content recommendations and helps to identify:
Whitespace to inform executive content creation, in turn generating increased engagement
Oversaturated and/or low engagement topics
Where the C-suite has the opportunity to speak up beyond a company-only or industry-only focus and join broader C-suite and leadership conversations
Here are some highlights from this month’s edition:
Human capital is the new corporate currency: This month’s report dives deeper into the growing conversation around human capital and how the center of power in corporate America is shifting in favor of employees. This is reflected in spikes in conversation ranging from return to office to labor issues, and is something that all business leaders should be paying attention to.
Politics and social justice are still on the agenda: The report also calls out upcoming political and social justice issues and events that CEOs should pay attention to (along with questions on cryptocurrency) and highlights how CEOs were rewarded with high levels of engagement for publicly acknowledging and pledging support for their employees in India facing a COVID-19 crisis.
