MSL expands its presence to Sri Lanka by rebranding Arc PR

The move further cements MSLGROUP’s leadership in Asia as well as strengthens its footprint and capabilities in South Asia

Colombo, January 24, 2016 – MSLGROUP, the flagship strategic communications and engagement consultancy of Publicis Groupe, and the largest brand and reputation advisory network in Asia and Europe, today announced its presence in Sri Lanka by re-naming the Publicis Groupe’s top ranking PR Agency Arc PR. With immediate effect Sri Lanka’s leading PR agency Arc PR will become part of MSLGROUP.

Arc PR is a leader in Sri Lanka and was also named the 2015 South Asia PR Agency of the Year by Campaign Asia. Arc PR is renowned for its strategic and forward thinking approach to PR. The agency handles a vast and diverse portfolio of clients including multi-nationals such as Coca-Cola Beverages, Samsung, Oman Air and major local companies such as Blue Mountain Group, CIC, People’s Bank, Hirdaramani and Amana Takaful. The agency will continue to retain its current team, comprising of nine talented professionals, and will be led by Caryll Van Dort, who will now be designated as Director, MSLGROUP. The Sri Lanka operation of MSLGROUP will be managed under the auspices of Ranil de Silva, who is accountable for all the Publicis Groupe brandsin Sri Lanka. MSLGROUP will function under the guidance of Glenn Osaki, President Asia, MSLGROUP.

Over the course of many years as an affiliate of MSLGROUP, Arc PR and MSLGROUP have collaborated successfully on numerous international client assignments with MSLGROUP in India as well as regionally and globally.
