Olivia specializes in helping companies to create sustainable brands. She has over eighteen years’ experience in social marketing and purpose and for the past ten years at Salterbaxter MSL has focused on sustainability strategy and communications. Olivia heads up the Salterbaxter MSL North America team, serving our growing client base here, moving from the Salterbaxter London office in 2016.
She has advised many leading companies on the development of their sustainability strategy, vision and goals, including Coca-Cola Enterprises, L’Oréal, Reckitt Benckiser, H&M, Novozymes, P&G and Elior Group. She has led award-winning CSR reporting projects for clients including Coca-Cola Enterprises and BNY Mellon. More broadly, she has played key roles in the development of successful campaigns such as DSM’s Bright Mind Challenge, an open innovation challenge. She has a particular specialism and interest in the apparel sector, and is passionate about the opportunities on offer to companies who have a clear understanding about their role in the transition to a more sustainable world.
Olivia is a regular speaker at events and co-hosted the Companies vs Climate Change 2017 conference in Miami, as well as being a contributor to publications such as TriplePundit.
