Brian Burgess leads the Employee Practice for MSL in North America and the Corporate Practice in New York. With more than 20 years of experience, Brian leads the design, development and deployment of programs and communications that engage internal audiences to a company’s business strategy, brand promise, customer experience, and builds awareness, understanding and acceptance of organizational change initiatives. He has worked across many business sectors including healthcare, financial services, professional services, industrial/manufacturing, food/hospitality, retail, automotive and apparel. Prior to joining MSL, Brian directed internal communications and corporate brand development at AGL Resources, an Atlanta-based energy company (now Southern Company Gas). Brian’s experience also includes developing and executing loyalty marketing initiatives for Priority Club Rewards (now IHG Rewards Club), the frequent guest program of InterContinental, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn hotels. Brian’s career started in sales and promotions for the Atlanta Committee for the 1996 Olympic Games, managing the collateral development, ticket sales promotions and marketing for the Olympic Arts Festival and Cultural Olympiad programming. Brian earned a B.S. from Missouri State University with a degree in communications management and marketing.
